Note to all parents and guardians. Do you feel that the amount of VAT charged in the purchase of an instrument seems like too big a percentage of your hard saved budget?

It is now possible to buy your child’s instrument through the school they attend and actually avoid paying any VAT at all. You also benefit from our educational discounted price. The child must be in full time education and also receiving instrumental tuition to qualify.
On agreement from the school you would pay them for the instrument minus the VAT amount and the school would then place an official purchase order with us. Although we are obliged to charge VAT on the school invoice, they can then claim it back.
